  I was at the Emergency room on 1/09/17 Dr. Pierre misdiagnosed my condition and said that symptoms of chest pain with constriction and constriction to my neck and head producing swelling and bruising of my entire head and face, I also have a pacemaker and a history of heart issues. I was diagnosed with a headache. Clearly to anyone with even a small amount of common sense would know this is not a headache.I was discharged. Went to my primary Doctors office as told and urgent care who referred me back to the Emergency room saying this is an EMERGENCY issue.I then returned to this hospital the triage nurse on duty left me in the waiting room for 7hrs with chest pain and swelling and constriction of my neck and entire head. I get sent to my doctor and urgent care then sent to the hospital who should at least admit and observe me if no one there has the correct experience or competence to investigate further.Meanwhile I am getting worse and being run around I am positive is not helping my health.I have zero faith in Asante Medical Hospitals in this area of Oregon and I believe they should be investigated and turned over to employees that genuinely stand for their OATH as medical professionals!   I am so grateful that when our son was in a car accident 3 weeks ago he was taken to Asante Rogue Valley Medical Center. He was given the best care I can imagine. I don't think he would have lived, let alone be recovering so fast from traumatic brain injury. Although he has no insurance, he was taken immediately for brain surgery which lasted over 4 hours. He spent a week in ICU with the most caring, diligent nurses and doctors. He has spent 2 more weeks in recovery and was started on a therapy schedule which has led to great improvements each day. My heartfelt thanks to each of the wonderful workers at Asante. We would never have made our way through all the paperwork if it had not been for the very personal services of the patient advocate.
