- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My 11 year had her eye exam for contacts and they ended up giving her different prescriptions, different sizes and she couldn't get them in her eye. Same with me. I was given the wrong size of contacts and when I could get them in my eye it burned and hurt horribly. After complaining and week later I had to call back to just be told that I just need to try a brand of contact that I am already wearing. I was trying a different brand because they recommended them and they were cheaper. My daughter is now scared to even try contacts again. They gave me and my daughter the same size contacts and that's when I figured they don't even know what the heck they are doing. Three phone calls yesterday and no satisfaction on my part. They won't refund my $250 for me and my daughter's exams and now I am out that much and have to spend more to get me and myself reexamed.
